A sumptuous , richly gilded and painted Venetian commode in the 18th century style . The entire carcass carved & incised with 'c' & 's" scrolls and rocaille shells.Then gilded in varying shades of gilt .Finished off with a very richly colored floral bouquet sans traverse across the two front drawers and also repeated on each side and the top .
